After 2 days before arrival, in case of cancellation, the 1st night will be charged.

Personal data policy Privacy and Personal Data Policy – applicable to users of this Hotel when making a reservation Data Controller (us): The Hotel that will provide the user with the requested service. Our identification and contact details are available on the website you used to make your booking.
User: User who completed the reservation form or any other documentation related to the reservation.
Purpose: The purpose of processing the data provided through this form is to manage the reservations made by the user and/or respond to the questions asked.
Legal Basis: Necessity to execute our contract with you. User consent, by checking the box accepting the Terms and Conditions of which this privacy and personal data policy is an integral part.
Duration: We will store the data provided by the user for the time necessary to manage the reservation made, as well as the accommodation services requested. If the user consents to receive marketing or commercial information, their data will be stored until the user revokes their consent.
Processor: Our technology partners provide our hotel’s booking engine. They act under our authority and we have entered into a contract with them for the provision of their services.
Data subjects other than the user: When the user provides us with personal data belonging to a data subject other than himself, the user is responsible for such acts as well as for obtaining the respective consent of such data subjects for the provision of their data.
